When Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg unveiled a first look at his company’s multibillion-dollar virtual reality metaverse gamble, Horizon Worlds, the internet mockingly ridiculed the platform’s graphics—to the point that Zuckerberg soon after issued a wounded apologystating that Horizon was “capable of so much more” and “improving rapidly”.
