On December 2, Web3 Wellness took over the Carillon Wellness Resort in Miami as part of Art Basel.

The event was presented by WEOSH, founded by Geummy Lee, in association with She Blooms, Peace Inside Live, Web3 Wonders, Self Love Club, Six Social, Prjct., NFT Blue, Beyond, INFT Spaces and Art Botanica.

Focused on bringing the community together to promote health and wellness in the Web3 space, the event featured three panels of leading experts, including Swopes, Geummy Lee, Tal Navarro, Shira Lazar, Dr. Scott Fischer, and more. It also included a day of activities focused on relaxing and recharging!

“As we move towards more virtual reality and spend more time immersed in technology, there is a need to bring the balance and healing elements of wellness modalities with us.” said WEOSH founder Geummy Lee.

Web3 Wellness offered attendees education on the intersection of art, technology, and wellness, along with immersive wellness experiences such as breathwork, sound healing, and movement. Guests had the opportunity to experience plant music, where the frequencies of vegetation, flowers and fungi are captured and then composited to create a completely new interactive experience with nature.

In addition, botanical artist Kelley Anderson presented her Chrysalis moss installation named after the protective coating a caterpillar creates when it metamorphoses into a butterfly. Also, Fiddler and DJ Yerahm Paul Lee entertained the guests with binaural beats.

The event also featured nourishing snacks and tonics, a juice bar, free acupuncture seeds for the ears, energizing B-vitamin shots, IV drops, recovery shots, bags of wellness treats and more.
