Investment and philanthropy platform WAHED has donated 5 million of its WAHED Coin utility token to the Fondazione Europea Alessandro Cenci (FEAC) at a private event in Rome. FEAC is an Italian non-profit organization focused on awareness, education, and research to improve the care provided to children and adolescents on the autism spectrum.

The Rome event was attended by leadership figures from the organizations WAHED and FEAC. WAHED President Shaikh Abdulla Bin Ahmed Bin Salman AlKhalifa and FEAC President Eros Cenci were accompanied by leading members of their teams.

After a locked acquisition period, 5% of the donated WAHED coin will be released after 1 year. Any appreciation in token value during this time will benefit FEAC, and the limited unlock will ensure limited volatility in the token price.
