Vishal Shah, Vice President of Metaverse at Meta, acknowledged that Horizon Worlds, the main app Meta uses to demonstrate the potential of its metaverse, still faces numerous usability issues.
Shah says in a recent memo that even Meta employees aren’t using the app that much and suggests time limits will be put in place for employees to be on the platform.
Executives are now critical of Horizon Worlds and the state of the platform’s flagship metaverse app, acknowledging that the metaverse push is having some difficulties.
