The Smurf Society launches Web3 game

According to the official announcement shared by The Smurfs team and ZenGo wallet representatives, the two projects have entered into a strategic collaboration to introduce the iconic brand to a global Web3 community.

The new game dubbed The Smurfs’ Society will bring the cutting-edge blockchain gaming experience to fans of The Smurfs series. Launch gameplay will include quests, potion mixing, and freeing the Smurfs from the evil Gargamel.

The Smurf Society team chose ZenGo, a new multi-party computing wallet for cryptocurrency, as their technical partner. According to its team’s statement, ZenGo breaks down the barriers of user experience for cryptocurrency novices and professionals alike:

The “Early birds” campaign for ZenGo users begins

ZenGo customers will get early access to The Smurfs’ Society starting in January 2023. The game’s mainnet launch alert will be sent to potential players via email.

The game team informed interested parties that all tokenized in-game assets will also be available as NFTs on third-party platforms. With that being said, players will be able to sell them on OpenSea, LooksRare, and other popular markets.

Once the game is live, its potential players will be able to connect their ZenGo wallet intuitively, according to the statement from the wallet team.
