The metaverse has been busy with a lot of new and exciting things of late, including issues such as Meta (formerly Facebook) having trouble with their efforts within the virtual realm and other corporate giants wanting a piece of the metaverse action but have no idea how.

One such entity is the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP), whose goal is to use new technologies to extend the reach of education to students around the world.

Recently a new free online educational tool was launched into the metaverse by the Ozone Secretariat, a UNEP office that handles issues and concerns related to ozone layer agreements and treaties. Said tool comes in the form of a new simulator game that uses in-game avatars for players to use.
