India Inc is doing its best to train employees on metaverse and related technologies, recognizing their huge potential as the adoption of the immersive experience gains momentum in the country. Genpact, Flipkart, MG Motor, Ascendion, and Synechron, among others, are training employees to work on metaverse-related projects, setting them up with online avatars, training them in augmented reality (AR) and Internet of Things (IoT), and configure them
