Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg will address the public in two days on important updates to Meta’s billion-dollar metaverse project. This event is taking place despite news that leaked memos from the Meta company revealed that even the employees weren’t particularly enthusiastic about the project they were working on.

Metaverse on ‘quality lock’

The Verge is the first to report that memos were sent to Meta employees requesting that they spend more time in the metaverse. According to leaked memos, the Horizon Worlds team is being reported for not visiting the Meta metaverse often enough, even though this is the product they’re working on.
