HTC announced the launch of the Vive XR Elite, a new addition to its line of premium devices that comes with updated specs designed to enhance the metaverse experience.

The manufacturer’s dedicated XR unit Vive said the new gaming controller is designed to support high-resolution graphics and high-performance streaming activities with enhanced lenses and diopters that can be adjusted for user comfort.

To maximize the user’s audiovisual game, the Vive XR Elite comes with a new set of specifications covering a depth sensor, “four wide field of view tracking cameras” and a high-resolution color camera that boasts a combined resolution of 3840 × 1920.
