The International Football Federation (FIFA) announced the launch of its virtual ecosystem, ‘FIFA World’, in the Roblox metaverse. It hopes to attract new soccer fans through games, immersive experiences and exclusive rewards.

In a statement, FIFA stated that the launch of the virtual environment in Roblox is ahead of the upcoming 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar.
