Shares of Engage XR Holdings PLC rose on Monday after the company said it reached an agreement to resell and distribute end-user license services for Lenovo Group Ltd. for an undisclosed sum.
Shares at 0817 GMT were up 2.0 pence, or 17%, at 13.75 pence.
The company said the services will target enterprise customers looking to enter Lenovo’s Metaverse space, a virtual reality world being developed using Engage’s platform.
“We believe the combination of our platform, Lenovo’s customer list and its global sales function will deliver tangible results for the group in 2023,” Chief Executive David Whelan said.
