An oath for a spiritual journey

Development on Oath of Peak reportedly began in 2018 after the team’s previous MMORPG, A Chinese Ghost Story, amassed over 18 million downloads worldwide. Following the success of its predecessor, Oath of Peak has quickly become one of the most ambitious game projects on Web3 today, with over $20 million invested in the development of the main game.

Released on January 12, Oath of Peak will be available for download on the Google (NASDAQ:) Play Store and the Apple (NASDAQ:) App Store. Players can play for free once the game is released without any financial hurdles. The developer has shared that in-game tokens and NFTs are mainly used to enhance the gaming experience.

Oath of Peak has announced that it will release 10,000 Primordial Spirit Beast (PSB) NFTs at launch. The collection will include 5,000 NFTs from Genesis Kiugeng and Genesis Huodou. Players can then use their NFT PSBs to breed, trade, or sell them based on their type and gender.

Oath of Peak is similar to the hit anime-style MMORPG Genshin Impact. Players can join the game as Spirit Benders and explore the Omnispirit Realm. The open world shows a world full of wonder and fantastic creatures, such as Spirit Beasts, that roam the land.
