According to the results of a survey conducted by Binance for Valentine’s Day, showing interest in cryptocurrencies could be the secret to successfully attracting a potential love partner.
The global cryptocurrency exchange conducted a study in the days leading up to the annual holiday celebrating love, and 2,600 people took part in the survey to share their views on the importance of getting potential partners interested in cryptocurrencies. If we are to accept the facts, having a strong interest in space could be an important component in connecting with others who have similar values and perspectives.
Between the dates of February 6 and 9, 2019, an open survey asked participants nine questions about their perspectives on cryptocurrency, dating, and romantic relationships. 2,600 people participated, and their ages ranged from 18 to 46 years.
The fact that 83 percent of those surveyed felt that having a partner in a relationship who enjoys cryptocurrency was a desirable quality was a notable lesson from this research.
Seventy percent of those who participated in the study said they would be more interested in dating someone who is also interested in cryptocurrency.
Sixty percent of respondents said that interest in cryptocurrency makes potential partners more desirable, as it suggests the individual is “tech-savvy” and receptive to innovation and technological improvement.
38% of people surveyed said that their spouses had the same enthusiasm and love for cryptocurrency, and 27% of those people revealed that they had introduced their partners to web3, cryptocurrency, and blockchain.
It would seem that receiving bitcoins as a gift on Valentine’s Day was more desirable than receiving flowers or chocolates, as 83% of respondents said they would like to receive a crypto gift card instead of a traditional gift card.
Paris Hilton, an American socialite and serial entrepreneur, combined cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and Valentine’s Day in 2023 by hosting a virtual reality dating experience event at The Sandbox.
