Virtualtech Frontier (VTF), a Malaysian virtual solutions startup, has closed its Seed III bridge round, according to a Jan. 18 press release.
Dictionary time: Bridge rounds refer to intermediate funding rounds in which a company raises additional funds between listing rounds.

The new funding comes from the Blockchain Founder Fund (BFF), an early-stage Web3 venture capital fund based in Singapore.
According to VTF CEO and co-founder Jason Low, BFF normally initiates rounds with startups in its portfolio with RM800,000. However, he did not reveal the exact amount that VTF received.
“[BFF’s] follow-up rounds will continue well into the seven-figure category thereafter if certain milestones are reached,” Jason explained.
