Tokens.com subsidiary Hulk Labs has acquired a validation node license for the Splinterlands Play-to-Earn (P2E) game and partnered with the game team.

Hulk Labs is a web3 technology company focused on building tools and systems to generate revenue from P2E blockchain gaming. The company also builds calculators to assess the earning potential and longevity of P2E gaming.

Splinterlands Validation Node Licenses are NFTs on the HIVE Blockchain that allow users to operate the SPS Validation Nodes, which are responsible for verifying, voting, and maintaining a record of in-game transactions.

By purchasing a validation node license, Hulk Labs will become a validation node operator in Splinterlands and will earn a share of 3,750,000 Splintershards tokens per month, as well as in-game TOUCH, which can be exchanged for in-game assets on-chain or freely exchanged in secondary markets.

Validation Node licenses for Splinterlands originally went on pre-sale in May 2022 and sold out of the 2,000 licenses available at launch in 11 minutes.

The validation node acquisition also allows Hulk Labs to obtain in-game assets that will be used to deploy to its growing network of gamers as the company is building a global network of gamers to play on behalf of asset holders.

In addition, Hulk Labs has also partnered with NFTy Arcade, a gateway for Web3 games, players, investors, and guilds, to take advantage of their guild tools and facilitate the onboarding of new Splinterlands players around the world.

With this partnership, Hulk Labs is planning further expansion into the Splinterlands ecosystem by leveraging NFTy Arcade’s Splinterlands experience, player and asset management tools, and reward tracking.
