Web3-focused platform Virtualness has recruited experienced media executive Joyee Biswas as a founding member of the team, running sports and media partnerships for the Singapore-based start-up.

Biswas most recently served as Meta’s head of media and sports associations for Asia-Pacific. In addition to growing viewership and revenue for Instagram and Facebook brand partners, he was involved in virtual reality and metaverse adoption at the internet giant.
