The American multinational technology corporation Microsoft (MSFT) has high hopes for the metaverse in the future. In a recent talk, Microsoft chief strategy officer Henry Bzeih said the world would be inching toward a deeper virtual arena, with hybrid prototyping the next big thing for customer and corporate relationships.

According to Bzeih, the discussion of customer experience and feedback will need to include the usefulness of the metaverse. Bzeih has had a twenty eight year stint in the automotive and related technology space.
