Unique, a Netherlands-based staffing company and part of RGF Staffing, a subsidiary of Japanese staffing giant Recruit, announced that it has launched a Metaverse staffing company called Uniqueverse.

Uniqueverse claims to be the first staffing company in the Metaverse.

In their description, the group states: “With Uniqueverse, the first employment agency with a branch in the metaverse, we are responding to the job applications of the future. Discover virtual worlds in the anonymity of an avatar, map your talent and skills interactively and get in touch with our recruiters”.

The metaverse is a collective virtual shared space that combines aspects of virtual reality, augmented reality, social networking, and online gaming.
