The first-of-its-kind fund has two goals: to offer global accredited investors a way to gain direct investment access to early-stage Tier 1 projects not previously accessible to the general public, and to provide creators of Web3 a vehicle to raise capital for their Open Metaverse pre-mainnet ventures.
