Returning to The Sandbox with gifts

Starting December 14, Forbes will host multiple educational events, showcasing the magazine’s history, the passions of Malcolm Forbes and more. Players can rediscover the new Forbes and his culture in the Sandbox metaverse until December 28.

The Forbes metaverse will house true Forbes memorabilia, including an NFT gallery showcasing the magazine’s hits, which will also house the publication’s Forbes 30 under 30 NFT collection. The metaverse experience previously showcased the NFT collection of Virtual Billionaires along with their virtual net worths.

In addition to the metaverse experience, players can purchase exclusive Forbes clothing items that they can equip in The Sandbox. Furthermore, The World’s Richest publisher has also hinted at Christmas gifts and special surprises in The Sandbox.

Here are some important details about the event:

• Unlike the previous members-only metaverse experience, this event is open to all players.
• Players who complete all missions in the Forbes Experience will enter a prize pool of 50,000 SAND, from which The Sandbox will distribute rewards to players at a later date.
• The total ARENA a player can earn will depend on how many missions other players have completed.
• The Sandbox is also giving away a Forbes NFT VIP balloon to 400 selected winners to celebrate the Forbes experience.
• Players can be in with a chance to win the NFT by taking a photo of their avatar at their favorite location on Forbes Hub and posting it on social media with a Season Greetings message.
• Players can reportedly get a great subscription offer by interacting with particular NPCs in the metaverse experience. Additionally, the subscription will allow players to get early access to future Forbes events.

• Previously, the event was open to members only. Attendees had to subscribe to Forbes to gain access.
• Social media and the Forbes website have yet to share anything about the metaverse experience.
• There is little to no difference between the members-only and free-for-all experiences. Players can wait instead of paying anywhere from $7 to $80 for a Forbes subscription.
