MasterClass, an e-learning platform where users can learn from world-renowned experts on a wide range of topics, today announced a class on cryptocurrency and blockchain taught by Emilie Choi, Chris Dixon, Paul Krugman, and Changpeng “CZ” Zhao.

These four leading voices in the Web3 industry will offer insights into the Web3 space, beginning with the history of blockchain technology, where it is today, as well as the opportunities and risks for its future.

As the centerpiece of the class, Changpeng “CZ” Zhao, Co-Founder and CEO of Binance, will explain the evolution of blockchain technology and how blockchain enables the transfer of value.

He also joins New York Times columnist and Nobel Prize-winning economist Professor Paul Krugman for a discussion covering the industry’s most polarizing topics, including stablecoins, the dangers of the system, and his vision for the future.

In his lesson, Krugman will discuss the challenges, risks, and highly deregulated history of cryptocurrencies while providing an analysis of the evolution of the currency in general.

Presenting the masterclass, Chris Dixon, Founder and Managing Partner of a16z crypto and General Partner of Andreessen Horowitz, will examine why blockchain is essential to cryptocurrency and the Web3 ecosystem, the value of NFTs, the future of “New Internet” and why decentralization Autonomous Organizations (DAOs) are experiments in democracy.
