South Korean telecoms giant SK Telecom said on Tuesday it has forged a partnership with Singapore’s largest mobile operator Singtel to expand its metaverse service in the Asia-Pacific region.
Singtel operates in 21 countries to provide mobile communications and high-speed Internet services to some 770 million users around the world.
Under their partnership, the two parties agreed to work together to start a metaverse project in Singapore and extend the project in the wider Asia-Pacific region.
