Suresh Kumar, Walmart’s global chief technology officer, predicted that in the future, the ability for customers to pay for digital and tangible things would be a “major” disruption caused by cryptocurrencies. On Oct. 17, Kumar spoke about Walmart’s views on digital assets. and he predicted that both physical and virtual goods would be purchased using crypto. At the Yahoo Finance All Markets Summit, Kumar said, “I think there are three main areas of disruption.
