NFT promoters on TikTok allegedly tell young men that they can make upwards of $10,000 a week pretending to be strippers in the metaverse.

However, it appears to be just a flashy way to promote your NFTs.

In various posts on a promoter group’s platform, people were shown images of luxurious sports cars and wads of cash, allegedly made through virtual reality pole dancing.

One video, in particular, highlighted this and has amassed over 5.9 million views at the time of this writing.

“This is your cue to pretend to be a girl and start stripping naked in the metaverse,” reads the video’s caption.

“It’s giving out black mirror (but where do I sign up from),” one person commented.
