The biggest crisis Meta has faced in its 18-year history is underway. The company’s value has fallen 70% in the past 12 months, and Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg recently laid off 11,000 employees. If things improve later, more cut measures and job losses are likely to follow.

In light of this, BanklessTimes.com conducted a survey on people’s perceptions of Meta and Facebook and revealed our findings below.

Some of our key findings were that 42% of people believe that Metaverse is a huge flop. Of those surveyed, 40% of women and 45% of men believed that Meta had failed to successfully launch their Metaverse project.
